What services do you provide?

All janitorial services including regular scheduled maintenance,  commercial and residential carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning, floor care and upkeep, and window cleaning.

How much do your services cost?

We have many years of experience in assessing your specific needs, and we can tailor any service to fit your budget. Free estimates are offered on all of our janitorial services.

What kind of people do you hire?

We have many long-term, committed employees. All of our personnel are thoroughly screened and background checks are completed. We also make sure they are professionally trained and supervised.

How much notice do you need for special requests or emergencies?

We appreciate as much notice as possible, but we do have staff on-call to handle any special requests and emergencies that come up at a moment’s notice. We understand that life happens and make sure we take care of problems right away.

How do you ensure continued quality of service?

Our employees are supervised on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of quality control. We also maintain close relationships with our customers in order to communicate on a regular basis.

How many years have you been in business?

ProKleen has been a part of the janitorial field for the past 27 years. Therefore, we have valuable experience in all aspects of building maintenance and wish to provide the best service possible to our valued customers.
